Study Abroad in Madrid, Seville,Toledo, and Barcelona. Students will have the opportunity to study and apply directly the conceptual tools studied in the course to understand culture, communication theory, how culture influences communication, and the process of communication between people from different cultures, including the rules and norms relating to verbal and nonverbal language. Additionally, students will explore some of the extraordinary the museums that these locations have to offer. Values and communication systems of the U.S. will be compared and contrasted with values and communication systems in Spain between Central, Southern, and Northern regions.
