What is Included: Program fee of $4,170 subject to change based on the number of students enrolled in the trip. With 14 students enrolled, the program fee will drop to $3,970.

The trip fee ($4,170) includes: international airfare; ground transportation; housing; breakfast daily; welcome dinner; farewell dinner; entry fees to program required sites; tour guides; 24 hour assistance; international insurance for medical emergencies, accidents, evacuation and repatriation.

$250 non-refundable deposit is required by the deadline listed on the left side of the page. The deposit is refundable only if the College cancels the trip.
What is not Included: Tuition, passport fees, visa application fees (if applicable), extra luggage fees (if exceeding airline allowance), trip insurance, some meals (see itinerary) while in-country and during travel to-and-from study abroad destinations, spending money of personal nature such as, but not limited, to phone service, laundry, souvenirs, bank transaction fees, etc.).
Estimated Costs: Tuition is billed separately and per credit hour. Summer term study abroad course enrollees receive the Experiential Learning Grant (ELG), which provides 50% off tuition.

Tuition WITH the ELG applied for 6 credits was $1,530 for the 2016-17 academic year. Summer 2018 tuition rates will be released by the end of fall 2017 semester.
Program Description

COMM377 (3 credits) Introduction to British Public Relations. This course will familiarize students with the background and content of British public relations management and provide and understanding of the nature of managerial and ethical responsibilities of British public relations practitioners in London, England.

MST 377 (3 credits) Museums of Great Britain. This course explores English heritage, cultural patrimony and the multi-dimensional role of museums in society. Students will visit the British Museum, the Museum of London, the Ashmolean Museum, and others. The course intersects through public relations, promotion, and marketing of museums and historic sites as recreation and tourism.
